Walk In Water Lake: 

Walk in Water Lake (Lake Weohyakapka) is the largest lake in Polk County Florida.  It is a 7,500+ acre lake located about 10 miles outside of the city limits of Lake Wales.  The lake is known for its large-mouth bass and lots of other great fishing. 

Walk in Water Lake Estates:

Walk in Water Lake Estates is a residential subdivision located approximately 10 miles east of Lake Wales city limits.  There are approximately 300 homes in this subdivsion and many vacant lots still available.  Some of the homes are lakefront.  The community has lake access, tennis courts, and a boat ramp with an optional homeower's of $125/year.  Some of its homes are directly on the water.

Indian Lake Estates:

A few more miles east and on the other side of the lake is Indian Lake Estates.  This is a much larger subdivsion with a mandatory homeowner's association.  There are over 500 homes and many vacant lots.  There are also waterfront homes and waterfront lots located on the canal leading directly into the lake.  Amenities include an 1,120 foot pier, marina, clubhouse, golf course, and tennis courts.
